The existing CAS Sustainable Development programme is being redesigned as a new, innovative and practice-oriented CAS Sustainability Transformation programme.
The new CAS Sustainability Transformation programme will launch in spring 2027 with the motto ‘Transformation – shaping a sustainable future’. The existing CAS Sustainable Development programme will no longer be offered in its current form.
The CDE strives to continue and expand its pioneering role in sustainability research and education. Amidst the current challenges, we are all the more committed to developing an educational programme that teaches the skills needed to overcome the current crises and shape a sustainable future. In the new programme, we will go beyond diagnostic approaches, present scientifically based development paths towards sustainability, work together to develop key practical skills for actively shaping and leading sustainability transformations, delve deeper into topics in a needs-oriented manner, and build a committed and solution-oriented ‘community of practice’ together.
